Spring.

I'm sure no one wants to hear about this, but I'm going to talk about it anyway. Allergies. I woke up this morning with a sore throat, a nose that felt like it was on fire, and an awful awful headache. Two Benadryl and two Excedrin migraine later, and I am still suffering, just not as bad, not to mention I feel drunk from the Benadryl. Oh spring, how I love you, but allergies how I wish I didn't have you. I think it is true what they say, you develop allergies the older you get, because that is what has happened to me. I used to be able to go outside without having to worry about headaches, or itchy eyes, or a burning nose, now I have to pop pills before I even touch the door knob. Strange how your body changes over the years, interesting actually, sometimes scary and sometimes a pain in the ass. So even though I am loving this warm weather, I am waiting to see if I will spend this spring season in a constant state of aggravation due to allergies, and if so a constant daze due to Benadryl.
